Said Gulyamov

Prof. Said Gulyamov is a renowned legal scholar and educator with extensive experience in the fields of corporate law and cyber law. Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Prof. Gulyamov holds a dual degree in economics and law from Tashkent State Economic University and Edinburgh Napier University. He also earned a Master’s degree in law from the Tashkent State Institute of Law.

Throughout his career, Prof. Gulyamov has held various positions in both the public and private sectors, including roles at the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Tashkent City Hall. His diverse background has given him a unique perspective on the legal and economic landscapes of Uzbekistan and beyond.

In academia, Prof. Gulyamov has served as a Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor at the Department of Private International Law at Tashkent State Institute of Law. He has been a Professor at the Department of Private International Law at Tashkent State University of Law since 2006, and he currently serves as the Head of the Department of Cyber Law at the same institution.
